A road-tested cargo tie-down straps provide reliable control over your loads. We designed a safe and more efficient alternative to cheap ratcheting straps, ropes, and other methods of securing cargo. Use the heavy-duty multipurpose Vehiclex RATCHET STRAPS to safely secure small or large cargo or equipment during transport even on rough, bumpy roads.

The pack includes 4 tie-down loops as a bonus. They are widely used with motorcycles and other motorized vehicles. These soft loops prevent scratches and damage to vehicle frames by the strap hook end. They also let you use your tie-down strap with applications where the hook will not fit.

Heavy Duty Ratchet

The ratchet incorporates comfort for fingers through rubberized handle and has a lockable spring-loaded release mechanism that protects the ratchet against accidental opening.

 

 

 

Full bent closed S-hook

A fully bent closed S-hook prevents slipping from the anchor point. Vinyl-coated hooks are highly durable and won’t rust or mar painted surfaces.

 

 

 

 

Reinforced stitch pattern

The webbing diamond stitch pattern is reinforced by extra zigzag stitching. This increases joint strength and gives you an extra safety margin to account for any additional forces and strains on the strap.

I have a bike rack that I can usually hand tighten into my van hitch but it rattles and bounces up and down while driving as it's not a perfectly tight fit into the hitch opening.The hitch tightener was easy to use/assemble and made the excess/loose movement all but disappear.As the video shows what it was like before I had installed it and after you can see there is a major difference and this could be a great benefit with towing a trailer as well.

Just enough clearance to install upside down for my hitch skid. The tightener arrived in great condition.Super easy to install. Tightened down the hitch skid step and eliminated all the play.Bonus, the rubber coating matches the red rubber on the other hardware.Overall, great quality and I wouldn't change a thing.

    This is a easy install and a solution to that rattling hitch. Makes for a quieter ride. Cheap solution to a annoying issue.

    Needed new straps to secure my Side x Side to it’s trailer. Had decent ones but they were stolen, so purchased new ones from local stores. They all stretched! Even the a high weight rated set designed to secure vehicles to trailers. Didn’t matter how far I drove, they still stretched. Found these and read all the reviews. Yes I do that! 1 star to 5 star reviews. I prefer and only give honest reviews and expect that of others! Even when a company sends the little cards offering free stuff or a percentage off your next Amazon purchase for a 5 star review. I won’t be bought and it doesn’t help people like me looking for a decent product! We ride allot and there are others riding their off road vehicles that they put $$$ into and we don’t need our vehicles coming loose bouncing on back roads or down the highways! I’m impressed with these straps. I’ve used them on 6 trips into the mountains, a 1½ hour ride one way, on pothole infested roads and dirt roads, at 75 mph highways and they haven’t stretched! I check them everytime I stop (retried flatbed trucker) and they are just as tight as when I started the trip! I like the addition of the short loop straps. Used them just to test them out and they are awesome for looping around and protecting handlebars on bikes and motorcycles. Used them around the suspension arms on my SxS and the side bars of my trailer as a stress test. They passed! Highly recommend these after spending too much money on straps that Stretch!

    Being a widow, I find I have problems with things I never had to worry about before. My husband always took care of packing things on the trailer or in the truck, and he took care of ratchet straps and “securing” the load. The first time I pulled his ratchet straps out it took me over 2 hours to get them together and I never could get them to work properly. I researched and bought the GOSSIP heavy duty ones and even I can use them. Thank you GOSSIP for making a product that is “female friendly.” I am now an official packer!!!

    Bought to use tying side by side down to trailer. I’ve owned over 100 ratchet straps over the years & these are hands down the best. I got the large size model & they’re really sturdy, with nice solid feeling ratchet. What I really wanted was the retaining clip on the hooks & these are nice and strong. They look like they’ll last. I like the loops, since many things and up with no attachment point small enough for a hook. Plus the loops are a lot easier on the paint.A fair bit more expensive than any others I’ve got, but when you’re tying down a $20k machine, do you really want to skimp? Also comes with a really nice bag to store it all in

    These are perfect for my use. I did not need more than 8 ft but what i did need was the locking hooks on the end. I’ve lost a few over the years and worry each time i move equipment that it will become lose and fall off the trailer. These straps are very strong and make my job less stress free.     This is a great kit I like to keep in my truck! This kit comes in handy all the time! You don’t realize how useful it is until you have it then you find yourself saying how did I ever go this long without it! Do yourself a favor and buy it you’ll be glad you did it’s a great kit and worth every penny! The straps are very well made and the ratchet mechanism feels very well made! I love the bag that’s included so you don’t have them exposed they go back into the bag and your good to go! Definitely a great value!
