Pin Lock
A strong pin lock is made of carbon steel withstanding strain and pressure. The black electrophoretic paint on it resists corrosion. The 5/8″ diameter and 3-1/8″ span length fit 2″ and 2-1/2″ hitch receiver tubes. Vehiclex pin locks are used with Class III and IV hitches for pulling trailers with gross loads of up to 16,000 pounds.
Tubular Keys
The short tubular keys are designed with a unique key code for each Vehiclex Hitch Receiver Pin Lock. This increases the security level of the lock. Every set comes with 4 keys made of steel.
Lock Head
Rotating 360° lock head with a hexagonal shape is easy to operate—to lock it you just need to push the key slot. It’s made of strong carbon steel with a snap-on rubber cap that protects the key slot from dust, mud, and grime.
Rubber O-Rings
10 replacement rubber O-rings are squeezed to plug the gap between the hitch and pin lock to prevent rattling noise.
