Fortunately there are products like this one that make it easy to do and be extremely secure at the same time.The lock arrives very well protected in a plain box with a foam interior. The lock is 3 pieces. The ball potion that locks into the coupler, the sleeve and then the actual lock which is a puck style with a plunger cylinder. The keys are curved on this lock also. I’m not sure if that adds to the security feature but it is unique. There is also some high quality stickers included in the box too. This “tank” of a lock is made for a 2-5/16” coupler ONLY. The construction is 1/8” or 1/4” steel and the lock itself is aluminum. This think is heavy and secure. I cannot think of any way short of a torch or large cutting tool that could get this off without a key.This lock is a bit pricey but worth it for the security. I give it 5 stars all day long for quality and value. Very pleased.

Locked up tight This lock is so heavy. I doubt anyone without a torch will be able to get into this lock. The fit is perfect on our camper. I havent had any issues with unlocking or locking and I really feel like it will be secure anywhere.

Pretty near perfect… I can’t imagine a more solid, easy-to-use trailer lock. Thiefs will have better success welding a new tongue on your trailer than getting this thing off. Comes with three keys. Solidly coated to control rust.

Dense materials, simple setup, good waterproofing Dense materials, simple setup, good waterproofing:This product is very dense and feels heavy and solid while handling, despite a relatively compact frame. The product is very easy to set up and the triple key set gives me good peace of mind since I can keep a couple spares at home if I ever need them. The unit is primarily made of steel, but the exterior powder coating does do a great job preventing rust, even when left outside for longer periods of time in rainy weather. The security this item is also a big step up, since it’d be pretty difficult to get through this lock without specialized tools (or one of the keys).Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

This thing is BUILT! This is definitely one monster of a lock, with an impressive weight coverage. The weight for me makes it a tad bit awkward, but it’s well worth it. The manufacturer does a repeated reminder to make sure that your coupler type and size matches. This lock is not only anti-theft but is also anti-drill meaning you better not loose the keys !!! At first the key was a little on the tricky side but afterwards it was fine. This lock has a lot of great specifications you can find on their site, for me when reading a review I want to know one thing, does it work. Yes, most definitely this lock works. No one is going anywhere without a key including you so again make sure you do not loose the keys.

Good Design I am pleased with this lock. It has a good weight to it and feels solid. The finish is nice and looks good. I am using this on one of my enclosed trailers and it was simple to install. The lock mechanism feels good, I did oil it as I always do. I feel like the design of lock is a good deterrent. I say deterrent as a thief can steal anything and no lock is 100% secure. This lock will make a thief move on to a easier target, that is my thinking.I am pleased with it and I will get a couple more for my other trailers. 5 STARS

Very Heavy Duty This is probably the heaviest trailer lock I’ve ever seen. I have no doubt it will protect and deter thieves from stealing my trailer. It was easy to put on and comes with multiple keys. I like that it has an awning like design to protect the lock from the elements as well. Giant tank of a lock This is a heavy duty beast. I don’t think you can ask for any anymore. It has a good solid lock that operates smoothly with the dimple keys that are a little bit harder to pick than a normal lock. He has excellent shielding and is just very heavy a big chunk of metal. I don’t think anybody is going to be encouraged to try to brute force this thing it is much stronger than what you will be protecting. And extra shielding from the normal model.This offers a nice additional layer of security. And I see no obvious flaws in the design.

Pro Lock This Coupler Trailer lock by Vehiclex is just a cut above a lot of the other coupler trailer locks. It has some nice design features that other just do not have. For starters it has a solid ball for the hitch to grab on to. Which, in my opinion makes the whole lock a lot sturdier than the ones that is just stamped steel in the shape of whatever size ball it comes with. It just makes the whole lock just that tighter. I also like that the top extends out further to keep rain off the puck lock. It functions and installs easily on the hitch. The powder coating looks nice and overall, I am just impressed with this lock.

Awesome Heavy Duty Trailer Lock It’s a shame in todays world that you have to lock everything down to keep it from disappearing. Fortunately there are products like this one that make it easy to do and be extremely secure at the same time.The lock arrives very well protected in a plain box with a foam interior. The lock is 3 pieces. The ball potion that locks into the coupler, the sleeve and then the actual lock which is a puck style with a plunger cylinder. The keys are curved on this lock also. I’m not sure if that adds to the security feature but it is unique. There is also some high quality stickers included in the box too. This “tank” of a lock is made for a 2-5/16” coupler ONLY. The construction is 1/8” or 1/4” steel and the lock itself is aluminum. This think is heavy and secure. I cannot think of any way short of a torch or large cutting tool that could get this off without a key.This lock is a bit pricey but worth it for the security. I give it 5 stars all day long for quality and value. Very pleased.

Really high quality I bought this lock for my utility trailer and it impressed me with the ease of installation. The snap-lock mechanism allows you to secure it quickly. Once you secure the lock, I noticed there’s very little movement in the coupler, and when leaving the trailer behind, that makes me feel pretty secure. After a few trips in wet conditions, I hadn’t seen any signs of rust or wear. This lock feels solid and reliable.

Locked up tight This lock is so heavy. I doubt anyone without a torch will be able to get into this lock. The fit is perfect on our camper. I havent had any issues with unlocking or locking and I really feel like it will be secure anywhere.
