Description
The pack includes 4 tie-down loops intended to be used with ratchet straps and other secured trailering gear. Vehiclex wide and strong soft loops prevent scratches and damage to vehicle frames by the strap hook end. They also let you use your tie-down strap with applications where the hook will not fit.
HEAVY-DUTY CONSTRUCTION
Webbing is reinforced by a zigzag stitch. This increases joint strength compared to other straps with simplified stitching patterns. And it gives you an extra safety margin to account for any additional forces and strains on the strap. Webbing made of thick and high-tenacity polyester provides strength and minimizes stretch, so the tie-down retains its durability and remains reliable every time you need it.
They can be used with:
ATV, UTV, RTV, Dirt Bike, Quad, Motorcycle, Scooter, Jet Ski, Canoe, Boat, Kayak.
Motorcycle Hauler, Roof Bag, Cargo Hitch Mount, Roof Top Cross Bars.
Safety’s what matters most. Vehiclex Ratchet Tie Downs is the perfect solution you can rely on to keep cargo firmly and safely fixed all the way, no matter where you’re going or what you’re moving. Vehiclex soft loop tie-down designed to fasten heavier loads
The Honest Critique –
In my tool shop I use a lot of straps to hang tools from the wall. I even hang my gas powered two man auger and my huge miter saw. These Vehiclex soft loop straps are tougher, stronger and longer than the thin 12″ straps I was using for lighter tools. Now I don’t worry about my heavy tools falling because the straps are never going to fray, rip or break. And the quaint little carrying case I used for storing my electric meter. It’s a win, win.
Dan –
I bought them to tie up my ATV while I go four-wheeling. I haven’t gone four-wheeling. But my neighbor needed strap extensions and I got to use these the first day they were delivered. He’s moving and used him to tie down his safe honest trailer. We connected the straps to the tie downs and they were strong enough and I’m happy with my product. I bought two packs it’s good to have an extra.
Jason Arnold –
I wrapped these around my bed posts to connect chains during fun time so the bed doesn’t get messed up. They are very sturdy and work perfect for my needs. I imagine they’d work great for motorcycles and ATVs also.
Eric G. –
Bought these to making securing motorcycles to the lift easier and they did not disappoint. So much easier than trying to thread the hook of a ratchet strap under wires or other tight spaces. Also great for securing motorcycles, atvs, utvs, lawn mowers, and other small equipment for hauling.
John B –
I used one of these as the soft strap for winching my 2,000 Lotus onto a car trailer up a 13 degree ramp. It worked great.Perhaps it is not fair to compare them to some of the full towing straps in terms of thickness, but as these are advertised at 10,000lbs, higher than those towing straps I guess I am forced to. If I was using them for more than my car, I would feel more comfortable with something a bit wider and thicker. The quality looks great and the carrying case is functional. Certainly a good value for the money. If they are borderline for your application, you can easily double them up.
luis –
It’s easy to use and has storage bag and helps not to scratch
Jerrydube –
Very good solide made
Jay –
I really like these for providing an anchor point on ATVs and whatnot you’ll need to strap down in the bed of your truck or on a trailer. No marring of the “toy” and much more flexible than finding an anchor point for a metal hook. I recommend these for sure.
SANMAN –
Bought 2 sets, probably won’t use these for quite a while, but they are well made and have a warranty. I like the little storage case they come in, can double as a GPS case to throw in my suitcase if I ever get to go on a vacation again
Jenny Middleton –
Appear to be made very well and strong. However, I returned mine as I didn’t pay attention to the length when ordering and they were too long to use to attach my Zuma to carrier on back of motor home
Robert F Hughes IV –
Great soft straps very well made no doubt that they will do a great job in securing my Harley to the tie down straps and the small storage bag is great way to keep them from getting misplaced
Lusbay –
Bought the second set just in case! Perfect for strapping down my bike without scratching or marring with hooks that the plastic coat cracks or splits. No metal-on-metal! Perfect for the frame or tie-down holes. Great suggestion from a friend!
68chevellehardtop –
I bought these to tie down my Harley. They are well constructed. The carry bag is nice b/c I just throw them in the saddle bag for whenever I need them. The color was nice and good compliment to the bike.
Jeff Mc –
Nicely made and they work great. Nice case to help keep track of them. Do consider carefully how big around the object is that you are going to wrap around since these seem to get short pretty quickly. Recommended!
O. Remme –

Lyndsay Howard –
Very handy to add additional security when tying things down. Ratchet straps are great but difficult to secure, especially if attaching to a bar that is too large for the strap hook. Used these to secure coolers on the front of my open air trailer. Keep them with you ratchet straps.
JimmyZ –

I’m being serious when I say these things are serious. I recently got another set of straps from Amazon recently that I was very impressed with…that was until these showed up.My bf is a motorcycle mechanic and we frequently use these types of straps around the shop and for transport. These are truly the best straps we have ever used. They are extremely soft and flexible but still strong and supportive.Stitching is substantial and sturdy. I like that they come in a case bc#1 if they ‘belong’ some place then they will be returned to that place so they are ready for use the next time. And #2 I’m sick of finding dirty straps floating around inside truck/trailer. Then you gotta make sure the straps dont have any dirt on them before use bc no customer wants their bike back with a scratch…and trust me, some customers will even notice minor scratches on handlebars.Keeping them in a case is a nice touch for that reason but in all honesty, we use straps so much, I wonder if they will ever be not in use.I would like to get another set to keep in the truck specifically for those unexpected ‘side of the road’ calls for help when you have no choice but to load a bike on the bed of the truck bc it’s not feasible to go back and get the trailer.Long story long…straps are made of material/webbing that will not scratch and we have complete confidence in their ability and strength to keep things securely in place.I hope our humble opinion helps you in some way.Thank you for reading.

I’ve owned a dozen motorcycles in my lifetime so I’ve had canyon-dancers and tie-downs in my garages for ages. I can honestly say these tie-downs are some of the heaviest duty well manufacturer tie-downs I’ve owned. The materials are heavy duty, the cross stitching is well done, I bet they will handle even the heaviest cruisers and touring rigs around. My only ding might be that the fabric material is not smooth like some of my other tie-downs which could be a good or bad thing… be careful with any tie-downs on older bikes with aged (softer) painted frames (vintage Ducati’s or BMW’s for example have paint that’s not like modern paints, straps can actually leave marks/paint bulges).
Michael –
The Vehiclex Soft Loop Motorcycle Tie Down Straps are a must have for anyone who transports their motorcycle on a trailer. These are used to ensure that you don’t scratch the handlebars or frame of the motorcycle. They have to be used in conjunction with ratchet style straps, so don’t forget to order those as well. These are just the straps that wrap around the handlebars and frame. Without the ratchet straps they do nothing.
SailCarib –
I use this to secure my bike to my cargo carrier. It’s really nice because I don’t have to worry about the hook on the ratchet strap scratching the paint. They’re also good when you’re just a few inches short and you don’t really want to go from a 6 foot ratchet strap to a 10 foot one.
Murrell –
Seems to work fine.
Claire A Hill –
Great

Used one to extend my grip on kayak handle for ease in carrying. Also use 2 for kayak wheel ‘trailer’. Makes securing it easier and more secure.
Verboten1 –
Worked great for 1000 miles of towing my Husqvarna 701.They came back off as easy as they went on, and did not stretch too much, so they didn’t get stuck.Would buy again if I needed more.
jim –
Using to transport a Goldwing and Ultra Classic. Simple & easy to use. Bought for break strength as well as bright color helps not to lose. Carry case is also a bonus , keeping them together. Have recommended to friends.
Kenneth Lahart –
All I can go by is my experience in my business with use of these types of products. I bought these expecting to load multiple units. These work great for securing Kawasaki mules and Polaris rangers to trailers. Used with a hookless end ratchet, they are worry free used properly.
Baron –
Seems to be a pretty decent strap, makes securing ATVs and the like much easier.
Ken –
If you’ve ever used soft ties, then you know how great they are. If you haven’t, then you’re missing out. They give you a lot more options for tying down your bike without damaging the paint or components with the metal hook of a ratchet strap. Just loop it around a sturdy point and strap it tight. The fabric loop also helps the hook from falling off when you hit a bump. I’ve used these holding my bikes on the trailer for hundreds of miles at a time without the straps coming loose and no damage to the bikes. These are very well made, solid stitching and strong webbing, for the price you won’t beet them! The carrying case is also super convenient, sure beats having an extra tangled mess of straps!
B.B.B.B. –
I’ve owned bikes for 25+ years so I’ve seen many a tie-down strap and canyon dancers. Honestly these straps are some of the best, well made straps I’ve seen before. The fabric is super strong, stitching is heavy duty, and I have little doubt about their 10,000lbs load capacity claim. And in neon green… you aren’t easily going to loose these straps if they drop in a grass field or asphalt parking lot!
Wylee’s mom –
These are a great addition to my toy trailer. The hooks on straps do not always fit where you would like. These always fit. They do not scratch paint. Perfect for rigging dirt bike in trailer or four wheeler. I hope this review was helpful to you. Thanks.
Melissa A. Palmer –
neon green love it, i can see that it is still tight when i in the truck, so easy to see
phillippe –
Straps appear to be built well stitching looks good, they are flexible and have a smooth finish so you don’t have to worry about scuffing up the paint on you bars. The brightness of the green ones are wow, kind of like a flourescent sign in a dark alley. Hope this helps.
Wingert –
Very happy with these tie downs. They are good quality material. I used them to tie down my motorcycle on a long road trip. I had no issues with them slipping, tearing, fraying, or anything at all. They did not scratch the paint on my bike.I would buy again
Spike –
I rarely write reviews, but this product is A1! Wide, thick strap with excellent stitching. Should work on any motorcycle frame or handlebar. Only possible downfall, might be too short for larger diameter tube frames. Worth the price point.
W. Richardson –
Quality tie Down straps I also use then when I use my ratchet straps to pull my tractor out of the mud in the spring.

These soft loop tie down straps by Vehiclex work so well to secure a motorcycle or scooter without causing damage to the bike itself. These soft straps are well-made with reinforced stitching and are intended for use directly on the bike. The loops are then secured for use with ratchet strap hooks. I really like how bright green these are for increased visibility. The storage pouch makes it so much easier to keep track of these when not in use. Really great product at a great price. Highly recommend to anyone who owns a motorcycle, scooter, four-wheeler, etc that transports these on a trailer or in the back of a truck. These will save the paint and chrome from any damage.
Chris Taylor –
Strap assist kit. its basically a set of double loops.IF you haul a lot with a trailer you know what ratchet straps are and use a lot of them.these are wonderful to attaching straps to things you can’t normally attach to very well. things the “hooks” dont’ fit on. you wrap and loop one of these around the larger point you want to strap too and then the ratchet strap hooks onto this.VERY useful and a wonderful little case to contain them (comes with 4) this company also has a strap set in a similar larger case that I really like. its my goto set now.
CJ-MO –
If you haul a UTV, ATV, or motorcycle you need these straps. Simply wrap these straps around your frame and you have a secure and easy connection point for your tie down ratchet straps. No more looking for somewhere to hook onto your toy with your ratchet straps. These are easy to use and wont’ damage your toy by hooking onto a odd connector using your ratchet strap hooks. The straps stores easily with the included zipper case when not in use.
BarryRey –
These tie downs seem to be of good quality. Time will tell how well they hold up. They are great for protecting you bikes bars. I do like the carrying case, makes it easy to keep them all in one place when not in use. The lime green color also makes them stand out.
Thomas Johnson –
I’ve purchased straps similar to these in the past. These straps have thicker and wider webbing than those. I was pleasantly surprised that they are more heavy duty than I expected.
George V. Caylor –
Put my 1962 Lambretta on the pickup truck and hauled it 700 miles. The soft straps didn’t leave a mark!
