Vehiclex Shipping Policies

We dispatch most of the orders within 1-2 business days from the closest to the destination address warehouse.

 – FREE Standart Shipping 2–5 business days (may be longer for some destinations)

 – Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (may be longer for some destinations) shipping may be available at an additional cost. Please see the final fees at the checkout page.*

 – Shipping Exclusions: We ship products to the United States ONLY. Vehiclex does not ship to AK, U.S. territories (e.g. Puerto Rico), APO, or Internationally.

 – Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on carrier. Most orders will be received within 2-5 business days of purchase (excluding HI and AK). However, Vehiclex cannot guarantee shipping times. Vehiclex is NOT responsible for any shipping or delivery issues. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, the order is considered fulfilled. Vehiclex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

To ensure speedy delivery, orders with multiple units may arrive in separate shipments.

Lost orders

If your order is not delivered within seven days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Resolutions (replacement or refund) are provided at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient shipping addresses provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute.
