Yes, absolutely. Your shipping address can be different from your billing address. During checkout, simply check the “Use a different billing address ” box and enter your billing address.
Shipping Address: Where you want the parcel delivered.
Billing Address: Must match the address registered to your bank card.
Orders are sent for processing immediately after they are received. Please contact us through our contact page or email: [email protected] as soon as possible, and we will do our best to change the delivery address if the order has not yet been placed in the shipping queue.

As soon as your order is assigned a tracking number, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please keep an eye on your inbox, and be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.
An order may be returned as undeliverable for several reasons, including:
- The shipping address was incomplete or incorrect
- The carrier could not access the delivery location
- The package was refused by the recipient
- The package was held too long at a pickup location and returned

Please double-check the delivery address in your order and inspect your property carefully. Sometimes couriers leave packages in less visible spots for safety.
It is also worth checking with your neighbors or household members, as they may have accepted the package to keep it secure. In some cases, a family member or relative may have brought the package inside without mentioning it.
If you have CCTV or a doorbell camera, reviewing the footage around the reported delivery time may help identify what happened.

If you received a tracking number, please use it to monitor the latest shipping updates from the carrier.
All orders are processed and transferred to the shipping carrier automatically as soon as they are received. Once the package is in transit, delivery times and possible delays depend on the shipping carrier and are unfortunately outside of our control.
In some cases, carriers may experience temporary delays, and packages can still arrive after the estimated delivery date.
Most shipping carriers require waiting 7 days after the estimated delivery date before a package can officially be considered lost.
If your order is delayed, please feel free to contact us anytime. We will gladly help review the latest tracking status and assist you in determining the current situation.
If 7 days have already passed since the estimated delivery date, please contact us and let us know whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement shipment.

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in perfect condition: unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. To keep our prices as affordable as possible for all customers, we do not include the cost of return shipping in our product prices.
Please first double-check your order confirmation to make sure the item received does not match what was ordered.
Then contact our customer service team as soon as possible and include the following photos:
- A photo of the outside of the box
- A photo of the contents inside the package
- A clear photo of the shipping/tracking label
- A clear photo of the LPN barcode, if there is one on the package
Once you ship your return and it is received at our warehouse, we typically process your refund within 2–5 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Please inspect your package carefully as soon as it arrives. If the box appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or resealed, check the contents immediately.
If possible, inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery driver. If items are missing or damaged, please refuse the delivery.
Then contact our customer service team as soon as possible and include the following photos:
- A photo of the outside of the box
- A photo of the contents inside the package
- A clear photo of the shipping/tracking label
- A clear photo of the LPN barcode, if there is one on the package
Please note that the driver’s verbal acknowledgment alone is not considered sufficient proof of damage or loss.

No. We do not charge any hidden fees. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.
In some cases, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your card when you place an order. This is not a final charge, but a temporary reservation of funds to verify that your payment method is valid.
If the payment does not go through or the order is canceled, the authorization will automatically be released by your bank, usually within a few business days.

Product Information & Usage
Every piece of webbing, ratchet, and hook has its own number associated with both its WLL and Break Strength.
Break strength is determined by the weakest point of the strap (webbing, hook, ratchet) and refers to the point at which any point of your cargo strap will fail.
Working Load Limit is always 1/3 (US regulations) of the breaking strength and refers to the maximum allowed weight. Therefore a strap with a breaking strength of 2,059 pounds, will have a Working Load Limit of 686 pounds and should not be used to secure any cargo above that weight.
The weight of the load being secured is 3,000 LB
Working Load Limit of the ratchet tie down is 686 LB
Required aggregate Working Load Limit is: 1/2 x 3,000 LB = 1,500 LB
Minimum number of tie downs: 1500 LB / WL 686 LB = 3 tie downs
When it comes to hauling cargo, it’s always better to have more straps than few.
To use ratchet straps, start by using the release catch to open the ratchet, then thread the strap through the bottom of the ratchet until it feels taut. Next, place the ratchet strap across your cargo and hook the ends over the side of the truck bed to secure the cargo in place.
